Welcome to the Filthy Richard gofundme page! This project will be a feature-length film adaptation of Shakespeare’s Richard II. The film will be a filthy rendition of the dirtiest king you don’t know. There will be gore, executions, lust, desire, vomit, and vegetables!!! How dirty are you willing to get?

We will cruelly dismantle the power and privilege of these disgusting men. Destroy these tyrants who think they can do what they want, when they want. So why make this film now? Because this country was built on simultaneously dethroning and birthing narcissists with delusions of grandeur and then giving them a platform to commit their own execution.

We are young artists and filmmakers who are extremely invigorated to make this film but we need YOU to help make this happen! Funding will be used for special effects, costuming, props, and distribution,
