I never thought I’d be the one writing this.

In November 2024, I went through a painful separation.

It was hard emotionally, financially, personally.

But I still had a responsibility:

To support my 11-year-old son and to help my ex-partner, who has autoimmune diseases.

That’s why I turned to cryptocurrency.

I wasn’t chasing quick money.

I was looking for a way to give my family a better future.

To breathe again.

To keep us above water.

Instead… I lost everything.

In early 2025, I fell victim to a crypto scam that took over $80,000 and my entire savings.

It broke something in me.

Not just financially. But emotionally.

I’ve had to look my son in the eyes and pretend I’m not terrified.

I’ve had to smile through conversations I can’t afford to have.

I’ve had to carry this weight silently until now.

But I’ve decided not to let shame win.

If this happened to me, it could happen to anyone.

And if my story can prevent even one person from falling into the same trap, then maybe this pain will mean something.
