I’m Naomi, one of a huge community of people who have seen the strength and resilience of little Aurora via her Mum Nicola sharing her journey with us all online.

Aurora has been handed the mother load of lemons by life due to having an incredibly rare genetic condition, which has caused her to be diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes.

Due to this she’s going to need a stem cell transplant which means chemo.

Aurora is only 5 years old.

I’m sure it’s no surprise given she’s named after a princess but Aurora loves Disney ans we’d like to get her to Paris, with bells on, before her treatment starts in 3 months.
