Get an epilepsy alert dog

Hello, a small introduction of myself and the reasoning for asking help towards my cause. My name is Matthew Wood. I suffer from, generalised photosensitive epilepsy, and autism. The generalised photosensitive epilepsy entails, I have both Tonic clonic and absence seizures. I have now been informed I have a congenital defect in my brain, which is I have an inch of my brain missing, this is the main cause of my epilepsy and finding medication to help with the control of these seizures difficult, and can occur without warning, the resulting factor of this, I cannot prepare myself and placing myself in safety to prevent injuries occurring, with a trained seizure dog, I can be alerted of an impending seizure, and therefore react on this. Due to not having warnings, I had fallen downstairs at work, I was rushed to hospital and was in ICU for several days, to treat a blood clot and fractured skill. Which now I have been left with a brain injury, this has the full potential of causing more seizures than I already suffer with, this also comes with the warning any further injuries to my head could kill me. I however would very much like to gain my independence again and return to work, without the fear of having seizures and injuring myself again, with an epilepsy alert dog this can be made possible, and I can live life has normally has I can and contribute to society. My current job is gracious enough to keep me in employment, but I have been informed that they would feel more comfortable if I had extra provisions placed, one being the epilepsy alert dog, this enables them to help me also, if they too are alerted.

A little bit about the company that would be supplying the epilepsy dog are as follows:

A & T Trained Dogs Ltd.

https://at-traineddogs.com/dogs-for-sale/assistance-dogs/

These dogs range from £9000 to £15,000, this company are dedicated to matching dogs with individuals, to enhance quality of life.

These dogs make a positive difference in lives of those with autism and other disabilities.

I would be forever grateful, if you could donate to my go fund me, no matter how small, this would make a world a difference for me, without living in fear of possible seizures, and future injuries that I may not be so lucky this time. At 24 I would like to achieve more in my life, such as marriage, children, and maintaining my employment. I just want to live life as normal as I can, just like everyone else.

Thank you for taking your time out of your day to read this.
