I’m raising funds for my step-brother Alex. He needs emergency cancer treatment, he is 22 years old and became very sick, very suddenly on his first holiday in the U.K.

On the 22nd of February he had lifesaving surgery by first fitting a shunt to his head, a temporary valve to relieve the pressure in his brain, then on the 26th of February they performed brain surgery to remove the tumour from Alex’s brain.

Alex sadly has stage 4 cancer and the first stage of his treatment is radiotherapy. He has a very short window of time to have this treatment for it to be effective.

He needs to fly back home within a week to have the treatment in Peru, where he can be at home with his pets.

The last minute flight ticket is around £2500 and we want to upgrade him on this long flight so he can be comfortable as he is still very weak from the surgery.
