hi everyone, i’m reaching out on behalf of a close friend of mine who lives in a small, impoverished village in the gambia. despite growing up in extremely difficult conditions—where clean water, electricity, and basic things like doors or proper shelter are luxuries—he remains one of the kindest and most genuine people i’ve ever spoken to. he’s always smiling, always respectful, and always hopeful, no matter how tough life gets.

he’s told me about his dreams of one day making it to europe—not just to escape poverty, but to build a future where he can support his family and uplift his community. he’s a young man full of potential, and he’s also a passionate footballer with real talent, but football is just one part of a much bigger goal: to make something of himself, legally and safely, and give back to those around him.
