Get Abby to the Middle East Junior Championship!

BUY A LAP AND SWIM A LAP!

Hi, I'm Drake Muyinza and I'm helping raise funds to get my niece, Abigail Mwagale to the Middle East Open & Junior Championship in Dubai, UAE.

Just 11 years old, Abby is a swimming prodigy from Kampala, Uganda. Having set numerous national records, Abby is setting her sights even higher in the Middle East and eventually the Olympics! Abby will be competing February 10- 13, 2023 at the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Sports Complex in Dubai.

Abby has sent qualifying times for the 50m freestyle, 50m butterfly, and the 200-metre individual medley. We're waiting to hear back on which events she'll swim.

To help get her there, I'll be swimming a lap at Barton Spring Pool in Austin, TX for every $25 raised—I hope my friends will join me too! Funds raised will help pay for travel and accommodation for Abby and her mother, Winnie.

We'll be keeping track of our progress (laps swam) until we reach our goal!
