Let’s light a sparkle in these children’s eyes.
They need a SCHOOL BUS!
Monsey NY: Ateres Bnos Girls School, finds themselves with not enough buses to get the children to and from school, making every day's ride another story.
They are desperate for 2 more busses!
Baruch Hashem, the school has just received approval for financing the purchase of the buses, but they still need to come up with a down payment of $36,000 for each bus, at a total of $72,000.
The girls have initiated several projects (like selling donuts on Chanukah) in order to raise the down payment needed for two new buses but they are still far from their goal.
We the parents have decided to raise the amount for covering the down payment, so that our children will be able to arrive to school timely and without having to schlep in the freezing cold.
Please help us to accomplish that. It’s actually pretty simple and straightforward: once we’ve gathered the funds for the first bus, a gracious donor will match it with a second bus! So that’s two Mitzvos – umm, buses – for the price of one!
