Hiya friends.

I'm in my 30s now. And that's weird as heck for me to think about.

And in my 30s, this is when I realize I need to stop being so stubborn, and admit that I can't walk as far/long as I used to.

So.

I'm asking for help in getting myself a power wheelchair.

And yes. I could go through insurance, if I want to jump through a billion hoops, wait a year or two, and maybe get approved (I've looked into it. Because I can walk short distances, I'm "Not disabled enough". US healthcare/insurance is garbage. Not the point tho)

I'm asking for donations toward a power chair that I found, that has very good reviews (including from people I know with my same disability, I even got to test drive it at conference!!) will fold up and fit in my Prius, and is light enough that I can put it in there myself.

Oh also it comes in pink :P

It's $2000 + shipping/etc, which as far as power wheelchairs go, is not too bad.

I'm obviously never expecting anyone to help, and am usually not one to ask for money. but if anyone would want to, I'd love the heck outta you.

Any extra will go toward souping up my manual wheelchair, for shorter distance stuff. :)
