Get a chair lift for Kate

This is my sister Kate. As you can see, she has a genetic deformity in her legs. Unfortunately, she does not have health insurance so she can't get her legs surgically repaired.  Kate is a pet sitter, so her mobility is very important. Kate lives in a house with stairs. Her bedroom is in the basement. To get to the kitchen and the rest of the house, she has to climb 12 steps. This has become increasingly difficult and painful.  We are asking for donations for a stair lift so she can have access to her entire home. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
