We are the 6th Borough Slam team. We are the two time New Jersey State Youth Slam Champions and amongst the top 12 youth slam teams in the world.
We need donations to help our teen poets get to Brave New Voices, the biggest youth slam in the world. We've put countless hours into our art and are ready to rep New Jersey!
Our previous slam coach and mentor was given an educational opportunity elsewhere. We respect his professional decisions and support him as he pursues his ambitions. However, it has left us with a lack of resources regarding finances, transportation, rehearsal space, and guidance.
