As many of you may know, Gerald L. Stockton passed away on the evening of Friday, November 20 2020.  Gerald came to America with his wife, Deborah, in 1979 to study music at North Texas State University.  Gerald and Deb made music and a family while in the Dallas area, including their daughter Amanda, their son William, and numerous friends who adopted the South African transplants as their own.  Deb passed away in 2009 after a battle with cancer and Gerald had his own struggles, both before and after her passing.  On Saturday, Gerald went on to Deb.

Following Deb’s passing, she donated her body for research before her remains were laid to rest in a memorial at Restland Cemetery in Richardson, Texas.  The family chose the same option for Gerald, who will ultimately be placed with Deb.
