Hey my name is Kayla Clouatre and I’m making this go fund me on behalf of my father (Gerald Clouatre) who is currently in the hospital about to be released to come home and be placed on hospice to pass in the comfort of his own home and I wanted to make this account to prepare my family and myself for what is soon going to happen. I understand times are hard right now but anything would most definitely be appreciated. He is battling with his kidneys his liver and 4 different types of stage 4 cancer and he’s in a lot of pain right now we just want to get him home to be comfortable at this time.
