Gerald Cannon’s Healing Miracle
Donation protected
My name is Ceci Cannon,
and this fundraiser is for my brother Gerald Cannon. We are raising funds for him to
receive a life-saving trip to Tijuana, Mexico
to the “CHIPSA HOSPITAL” Immuno-Oncology,
to treat his metastasized Pancreatic, stage IV bone cancer.
In November of 2020, my brother Gerald and his son Jomar were preparing to open their dream family restaurant, Mother Cluckers, when Gerald received some difficult health related news that sent him on a year long journey essentially fighting for his life. Over the last year, Gerald has had countless surgeries, gone through two rounds of chemo, and is finishing up his 5th week of 5 days a week radiation therapy. Ultimately, his current diagnosis is end stage (the doctors have given him 6 months to a year). With that being said, Gerald has not lost hope. His profound faith in god and being surrounded by loving and supportive family throughout his journey has kept him going.
For the last 30 years, Gerald has had a huge impact on the city of Haverhill. Many people know Gerald for his culinary skills, however he’s most well known for his kind and loving spirit. Whether it be catering a bereavement event free of charge, or donating a meal to a family, he is always ready and willing to help those in need. Now has come the time where Gerald is in need. As the Cannon family representative, I humbly request any donation you are capable of giving to Gerald and his family so that he can get the miracle treatment he needs and deserves.
Thank you for taking the time to read about Gerald and his journey!
His whole story will be posted on the Facebook group we have created for him which you can join through this link: https://www.facebook.com/groups/3284066828545277/?ref=share
