My sister Penny is currently suffering from kidney failure and needs dialysis twice a week, her husband Brian has lung cancer and has been told that the cancer is growing and the possibility of it invading the arteries is very real if and when this happens it's over. Penny is afraid to leave his side , she can no longer work because she's to afraid to leave him alone, bills are piling up putting more stress on her .
