Yesterday 11/30/2023 we lost a great friend, brother, and son. Gio had been dealing with some health issues for some time. We were praying for a miracle in the hopes that he would make a recovery, but unfortunately, he didn’t make it.

To many people, he served amazing cocktails over the past 15 years at 840 Wine Bar, but to those who truly knew him, he was a kind, funny, and gentle soul who cared deeply about his family and friends. He loved what he did and truly lived his life to the fullest. We’re going to miss his smile and outrageous jokes. We love you so much Gio!

This money is to help his family with the funeral expenses and the remaining will go to his mom in Guatemala, whom he took care of. No amount is too little. We appreciate you giving and even sharing this goes a long way. Thank you.

Ayer 11/30/2023 perdimos a un gran amigo, hermano e hijo. Gio llevaba algún tiempo lidiando con algunos problemas de salud. Estábamos orando por un milagro con la esperanza de que se recuperara, pero desafortunadamente no lo logró.
