Marie, as many of us knew her, has finally entered the lord’s kingdom after a far too long battle with dementia at a far too young age.

Before this illness took her from us, she was so full of life, lived her life empowering young men to find a life outside the “streets” by working for Boy Scouts and changing every life she touched.

She had a heart of gold, the spirit of a young woman, and loved her people fiercely.

Her greatest joy in this world was her son, Brandon. Everything she did in this life was for him. That love was most definitely passed down to her 4 grandchildren who will miss her dearly, as we all will.

Per Marie’s wishes, she will be cremated and a Celebration of Life will take place in the summer at the place she always considered home, California. We will update this with details as they come as we want you all to be included as we know how much she meant to all of you and vice versa.
