On behalf of the whole Phillips family, we'd like to thank everybody for reaching out and showing true concern for our George. The overwhelming response of prayer and optimism is truly amazing.
With that being said, there is a long road ahead of us. Doctors aren't able to tell us a clear timeline of treatment or outcome. Because of this, George's mother (Debie) is doing what any mom would do in this time: stay by her son's side.
Debie cannot return to work in the foreseeable future as George's care is the priority. This does not allow her to provide the proper funds to run her household and also care for her two other children, Sara and Sean- who are unable to work due to being full time students.
Please find it in your heart to donate whatever possible to make sure George, Debie, Sara, and Sean are properly taken care of during this time with no clear cut end.
