Hello, My name is Hayley I'm at RVT, and in my free time i help rescue and rehome english bulldogs.

My own bulldog named George who I rescued last year, needs surgery

George is everyone's best friend. He helps the foster dogs get comfortable, and greets everyone at bulldog meet-up.

Recently after dog meetups, George has been extremely sore, and was being managed with NSAIDS as needed.

But.....

After playing with his foster friends Saturday he was unable to walk.

Sad to see your own dog be so uncomfortable.

Radiographs show George has changes in his hips and knees....He got all the personality and looks, but bad back legs

Im tying to raise money to get George surgery on his left knee(ACL) first, and eventually his right knee too!

And praying he doesn't eventually need an FHO on his left hip.

In the meantime while we save, he's being kept comfortable on pain medication and anti-inflammatories.
