George Washington HS Football Fundraiser

The George Washington HS Football team is in dire need of upgraded facilities. The young men on this team have no real weight room and they are using lockers that are old, rusted, and quite simply not big enough for the players to put their books, backpacks, equipment, and belongings into. THEY NEED OUR HELP.  Organized sports is the best way for young men and women to learn core life values like team work, perseverance, camaraderie, respect for authority, and countless other key life principles that can be applied to the real world daily.

     The exact amount is needed to purchase 40 new lockers for varsity team. Invest in your own community; invest in our future; invest in good quality after school programs that help HUNDREDS of our children, our cousins, our nephews, nieces, grandkids, and the generation that comes after them.

   Every penny counts, and this team is utilizing antiquated facilities which need upgrading, but are understandably not in the SF school system budget. Please join in contributing not just to the GWHS football program, but also help invest in OUR community and the lives of not just these young men on the team, but also for the many more to come. These young people are our future, and we need to give them proper after school programs with adequate facilities, so that they can learn and grow and create memories that last a lifetime.
