Our family is asking for help to save our cat, George.

George has been a part of our family for 5 years and means everything to us. She’s especially close with my younger sister Liliana, who sees her as her best friend. Through everything, George has always been there for her, bringing comfort and companionship every single day.

Recently, George developed a severe infection in both of her back legs. It has gotten so bad that there is exposed bone, and she is in a lot of pain and discomfort. We took her to the vet as soon as we could, and they told us she urgently needs treatment to stop the infection and save her life.

The cost of her care is estimated to be around $6,000 , which is more than our family can afford right now. My brother has always taken care of George and done everything he can for her, but this situation is overwhelming, we have too many other costs with no steady income.
