George Politis Memorial Fundraiser

For the last 20+ years, George Politis worked tirelessly to help cats and kittens across South Brooklyn, and beyond. He cared for numerous colonies, TNR'd countless cats, and through the rescue he co-founded, Itty Bitty Kitty Bay Ridge, he rescued thousands of cats and kittens.

Tragically, George passed away at the end of May, leaving behind eight of his own personal and beloved cats.

His cats are all well-loved adults, who are extremely affectionate and healthy. All are FIV/FELV negative, and we are working to get them up-to-date on shots and locate their vet records so that we can place them with loving fosters and forever homes.

In addition to his own personal pets, we still have adult cats and kittens from his rescue efforts in need of fosters and adopters, as well as ongoing care for the colonies he looked after.
