George Pfeffer Memorial Fund

On Thursday, August 10th, George Pfeffer was walking his beloved puppy, Oscar when tragedy struck.  George collapsed and passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. He leaves behind three young children (ages 12, 15 and 17) and his wife Heather to carry on.  A loving husband and father, George provided a benchmark rolemodel for his family.  He leaves a tremendous void and his absence will be deeply felt by all who knew him.  

George was devoted to his family but also his career.  He had recently taken a position in management at Whole Foods in Maple Grove after being on the opening team at the St. Paul location.  This was an organization that resonated with George's values.  Outside of his "day job," George was incredibly generous.  He would drop everything to help those in need especially with various projects. George was a talented home remodeler and woodworker.  

George was the epitome of health and fitness.  A former tri-athlete, he recently started a vegan diet and had just registered for the Twin Cities Marathon.  His loss couldn't be more of a shock.
