George Neikrug's Medical Expenses
Donation protected
George Neikrug has been teaching for 60 years, in America and Europe. He has students throughout the world. He has dedicated his career to teaching musicians and enriching their lives.
In Spring of 2016, Neikrug suffered two compression fractures in his back. He has been bedridden for about one year. He needs two aides who cost $500 per day. He is just beginning to be able to walk now with the aides' help. Other medical expenses include blood pressure medication, heprin shots in his stomach, etc.
His goal is to be able to sit without severe pain and to teach again. It's imperative that he continues to have these aides help him with his therapy and daily life. The Neikrugs are out of funds and their savings are gone. The crux of the matter is that if the aides are not paid, they will quit and Neikrug will die.
