Please Help George move to an accessible home!
Donation protected
On February 18th George experienced a major stroke and was left with serious medical problems. Unfortunately, George now suffers from Aphasia (a language disorder that affects a persons ability to communicate and leaves him unable to swallow regular liquids and foods), Right-side paralysis (right arm) and weakness (right leg) George requires assistance to walk or needs to use a wheelchair. He needs our help in securing accessible housing.
George's health condition has brought about significant changes in his life, particularly in his housing needs. Finding accessible housing is crucial for George to ensure he can navigate his living space comfortably and safely. Fortunately, we were able to find him a home for George that meets all of his needs. But, he will need $6,000 to move. By securing this housing that is tailored to his needs, George can regain a sense of independence and improve his quality of life. It's essential for George to have a single-level home, wheelchair-friendly features, and within close proximity to family to help with care, transportation, ect. There is also an Emergency medical facility .3 miles away if needed. With the right support and resources, George can adapt to his new circumstances and thrive in his new accessible home.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and thank you in advance for any and all help. We as a family need you to help us, help George! If you are unable to help monetarily, please consider sharing as we need all the support we can get!
