A few weeks ago, our strong, loving father was diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer. It has been extremely hard because it was not long ago that we saw our healthy dad cracking jokes, eating his favorite foods, and providing for us as he always has our entire life. Our daddy used to go to the gym often and started to complain of chest pain, but he thought it was from lifting weights. The minor chest pain turned into doctor visits not being able to detect the issue. Just until recently, one doctor found the underlining problem and told us he was sure our father had liver cancer, but did not know the ramifications of it all. We were hoping it was in the early stages, but unfortunately the news came that the liver cancer had spread and reached its final stage. The type of cancer he was diagnosed with is very rare and it is incurable. 

Due to the unexpected medical bills, cost of effective cancer treatment, and our father not being able to work because of his abundance of pain, we are in need of financial help to compensate for all the bills that we have to pay for the time being.  Also, our mother has been unable to pick up overtime hours due to COVID19. We have all stepped up by trying to pick up as many hours as we can at our jobs, but we all have bills of our own and are continuously coming up short.

Our beautiful father came from a harsh background, but managed to show us that you are not a product of your environment and positively turned his life around. After every obstacle he overcame, he deserves to live the remainder of his life in pure serenity without any worry about taking care of us or our mother financially. Anything would help and we are eternally grateful for it.
