George W. Maddox IV - Beloved Father, Brother, and Son

This is surreal; we never imagined such a loss.

On Friday, August 19, 2025, George W. Maddox IV was taken from his family by means of a drive-by shooting, a tragic and violent crime. For those who knew George, he loved cars, mechanical work, and computers – a MacGyver of sorts. There was nothing he couldn’t do or wasn’t willing to figure out.

To my uncles and aunt, he was their little brother and adored, and as a father, whom I loved so much, he was my personal hero and my rock.

Our family really needs help in laying to rest my father – any amount will help make a difference through this challenging time. We would also appreciate it if you could share the link with those who know him as well and are willing to help.
