George passed away peacefully at home on March 28th, 2025 surrounded by his loyal and loved working dogs. He was the kindest and most compassionate man who has helped countless numbers of people through MSAR.

George's life's work is MSAR.

He trained the first PTS Service Dog in Canada for a Canadian Armed Forces Veteran and there are countless numbers he has assisted over the years. Many will never know the extent of the impact of his work.

As devastating as it is, George has been called home and it is important to his family and the community that MSAR lives on.

There are currently 70 dogs at his training facility that are all being well cared for and are in training to become service dogs. We will continue George's work to ensure each dog will be well matched and placed with people who will love them and rely on them for their day to day living.

George's legacy will live on , Changing lives on dog at a time .
