George Langer Celebration of Life

George Langer was an amazing man.  He would give the shirt off of his back to help any one of his friends.  He was the person that you could always count on for help at any time, and everyone who met him felt that they had an instant friend.  Even as he had to retire early from his job, he kept in touch with all of his friends and tried working on his cars, which were his next passion after his love for his family.  He never stopped fighting, even as his health deteriorated. Due to his poor health, George did not qualify for life insurance, and his family is left with the task of covering all of his medical bills and final expenses. Unfortunately, this week he lost his long, hard-fought health battle, and he is now our Guardian Angel.  His biggest fear was that his family would not be taken care of.  I wanted to organize this fundraiser to help ensure that his family can maintain everything that he worked so hard for, and to help them with his final expenses.

George has been my Uncle, the best man at my wedding, uncle to my two sons, my car guru, the father to my two amazing GodDaughters, and most of all, my friend. I love you, and miss you, Uncle Georgie.

George is survived by his wife Chere, and his twin daughters Lauren and Lindsey.  Let's reach out, give them some love,
an encouraging word and some support at this very difficult time.  Let's give back a little of what George has given to all of us over the years.
