My name is Roxi Santiesteban. On February 27th, I received heartbreaking news. My baby brother passed away. He was 34 years old. He leaves behind a beautiful, smart, and sassy daughter. My niece, Payton. She just celebrated her 5th birthday on the 25th. My brother loved her so much. She was his best friend and he was hers. My brother was a big guy but gentle. He was humble. He loved everyone. He always had an infectious smile on his face no matter what he was going through. My brother didn't have any money saved up and no life insurance policy.
