George Bennett, Dog Agility Competitor

Our dear friend and agility/disc competitor George Bennett just lost his home and his dog Darwin to a fire. George was a long time member of Contact Agility in New York where he played agility with his dogs Spanky, Sassy, Maggie, Sheba, and Darwin. He hosted USDAA trials in Carmel and Dover, NY and Hamden, CT. George and Darwin recently discovered the joys of competitive disc, playing both UpDog and Toss & Fetch League. George was a hairdresser in the Rye, NY area, and he has been recovering from a major Whipple surgery due to cancer.
