George Bartling - WA9TCD - was the volunteer's volunteer. A friend, mentor, husband, father and all-round great guy to all of us. George was passionate about emergency preparedness, ham radio, teaching, preserving open space, riding his bicycle and or course his Gold Wing. George will be missed and placing a bench in his honor along one of his favorite trails will give us opportunities to remember the great friend that meant so much to us.
