Geoff's struggle

I'm a very close friend of Geoff

Some of you may know some won't but Geoff has been sick and in hospital for 6mths and unfortunately Geoff health has really taken a downturn to the point he's now in palliative care at caritas christi hospice in kew ..

Geoff has fought the fight but unfortunately the cancer has taken its toll on him and its now terminal and with not long left

He needs our help as the bills have added up at his home and if you know Geoff you know he's stressed about that
