Geoff Renard, Dream Fund and Burial Expenses

On Feb. 8th 2021 at 10:15pm, my best friend Geoff A. Renard passed away after his four year battle with brain cancer (Medulloblastoma) with his childhood stuffed rabbit in his arms. He was in remission until 2020, and then everything fell apart suddenly. He didn't have life insurance and his family has needed to borrow money for expenses. I am looking to raise money so we can help his family pay off the debts and hopefully take his ashes to Sedona, AZ.

His one final hope was to experience the natural beauty of Sedona, AZ in person. After his initial surgery, he had to regain use of his right side, and unfortunately, three new tumors formed in his brain during his gene targeted chemo. This required another surgery and he was unable travel anywhere without medical aid.

I would love to help with my own funds but I sold my car and used my savings so I could afford to live in and help take care of Geoff with his brother, Andric, who also couldn't work due to Geoff being immune compromised.

--When people pass, others always say how great the person was. Geoff really was someone that it is actually hard to say anything bad about. He was the person who never talked ill of anyone and would steer those around him abstain as well. Geoff was, before his cancer, lively and made friends with just about everyone he met.  He dreamed of a being bartender so he could socialize and entertain people, friends and strangers alike. For Geoff, people were his passion in life. He always came through with any favor anyone asked of him, he was a positive influence on all he met, and he brought so many people together in his life. 

My goal is to help return to him all the good he put out into this world during his 32 years of life.

All money will go toward repaying his medical debts, his burial expenses, and taking his ashes to Sedona, AZ. All extra will he kept aside to help his twin brother and father to spend how they wish to ease moving forward.
