Geo's Medical Relief Fund

On Friday 10/9, our dear friend Geo Salas aka @creme_fraiche aka your local pastry and ice cream genius, was hit by a car while riding her bike home, she was admitted to the hospital, and luckily her CT scans came back fine but her jaw is broken, and she will have to have it wired shut.  Her surgery is scheduled for this Tuesday 10/13, and once her jaw heals she will have to face a good amount of dental work as well.  We will be transparent with her medical costs, and as of now, we do not know what it will be, however we wanted to start a relief fund for her immediately as recovery will be hard and painful enough without the added stress of medical fees!  We love her so much and appreciate any help!

She also cannot eat solid foods for 8 weeks so will also be setting up a soup/liquid meal calendar so that people can sign up to drop off food once she is back home.  For now, she will be staying at a friend's home and her brother and parents will be out to see her prior to and after her surgery.  Please send her love and well wishes but as all of this is fresh and she is still in a lot of pain and shock- please direct any questions here or to the organizers!
