Empower Gen Z to SAVE Myanmar

Donation protected

THE MISSION:

Our goal is to empower Gen Z Myanmar Americans with the power of mastering public speaking skills, and give them a voice in today’s social media world by training them to be professional content creators. As the front line generation leading the revolution for democracy in Myanmar, Gen Z has a lot of challenges ahead of them.

The military coup in Myanmar is threatening their freedom and future, and to win it back they will have to use their voice as their biggest strength in today’s technology advanced world. Mastering communication, public speaking skills and video production to document, share, and motivate the change they want to see.

The world needs to see, hear, and care about Myanmar more now than ever and Gen Z is stepping up, but they can’t do it without more help. Knowledge and Information are the most effective tools unarmed citizens can use to combat an army with guns and tanks.

This workshop and internship program is dedicated to educating and empowering young Myanmar Americans with the tools, skills, and training to give back to the community, locally and internationally.

IMPACT: Public Speech is the most powerful value in today’s society. As our dependence on online news content continues to grow, having a voice matters more now than ever. It means being heard, understood, and supported. Empowering the next generation of Myanmar American Gen Z with these skills means that they’ll be able to improve not just their own personal lives, but also their communities, locally and internationally.
