My brother Gentry Stanley was recently shot while witnessing a carjacking. He was shot in the leg and his femur was shattered and his artery was severed through and through. They believe he is going to have his leg saved. He is in the hospital in Oakland recovering and will be there for at least 2 weeks. They have another surgery where they will be placing a steel rod in his leg next week.  He has a long long road of rehab and recovery ahead of him.
