Hi my name is Alice B.
I’ve been an artist my whole life, but (at 30) I looked at my vulva with a hand mirror for the first time…and I was inspired.
Until then, I was embarrassed by my vagina. I thought it was gross, icky, and something to be ashamed of.
I started asking my partner to photograph it every day. I started painting it. And eventually, I had a vision of a whole gallery of glowing neon vulvas, each with their unique shapes and features.

I started asking my partner to photograph it every day. I started painting it. And eventually, I had a vision of a whole gallery of glowing neon vulvas, each with their unique shapes and features.
I started creating digital neon designs based on photographs of my vulva and lots of my friends' vulvas, and only then did I realize that every one of us is different down there. It was then that this project grew from my own story of shame, and became about every woman's story and how unique and beautiful we all are.
I recently had my self-portrait made into an actual four-foot-tall glowing neon pussy, and traveled across the United States with it. Taking on my own personal shame by showing my vulva to as many people as possible. My pussy has now been seen in places like Washington Square Park in New York, the National Mall in Washington DC, The Grand Canyon, and will be exhibited at the Seattle Erotic Arts Festival in October 2021.

We’ve been documenting the entire journey with vlogs, and photos on Youtube and Instagram with the goal of capturing people’s reactions to the artwork in various locations. I've created a space for conversation and an experience that gives light to a topic that has been taboo for so long. Vaginas are not dirty, they light us up, they bring us pleasure.
Help me bring vulvas into the light by supporting me in creating a collection of neon vulvas that inspire women to feel great about their vaginas and comfortable in their own bodies. Vulvas are unique in their shapes, sizes, lips, hair, and even how they feel pleasure. Help me celebrate the power of vulvas in this electric way!
