Help Support Genevieve's Fight Against Leukemia

It’s surreal to be writing this story. My daughter-in-law's sister, the very beautiful, family-oriented, smart, talented, caring, and loving (and former cheerleader) wouldn't hurt a fly, little Genevieve.

At just 15 years old, Genevieve was recently diagnosed with Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia (APL), an aggressive form of blood cancer. Imagine, this news has completely shattered and crushed the hearts of the entire family. Just last week, Genevieve was just on a vacation with her family, cherishing each moment, preparing for the upcoming school year, and thoroughly relishing life.

In the span of a few days, everything changed. And now, we’re humbly asking for your help as Genevieve and our family face this fight together.

Genevieve currently resides in Arizona, where she is undergoing intensive treatment and will remain hospitalized for God only knows how long. The road ahead will be long and difficult, but if you know Genevieve, you know she’s a warrior. She’s not just smart—she’s brilliant. She’s not just kind—she's got one of the most beautiful, kindest souls I have ever met—she loves EVERYONE—she’s deeply nurturing, especially with her family and friends, whom she adores so much.

Her devoted parents, Rebecca (mom) and George (step-dad) Justin (dad) and Taishen (step-mom) have put everything on hold to be by her side. All will have to take extended time off from work to focus solely on Genevieve. As you can imagine, the emotional and financial toll is overwhelming. This journey has already placed immense strain in just one week on their family, and we want nothing more than to ease that burden so they can be fully present for Genevieve.

Ongoing medical expenses

Constant travel and lodging near the hospital

Household bills during extended time off work

Support for Genevieve's long recovery into the new year
