Hello Everyone!

I'm Angela Tornquist and I'm starting this campaign on behalf of Genesis' parents - Yecenia & Alfredo. My daughter Lilly is best friends with Genesis who attend PK-3 at East Moline Christan School.

Here is what her parents have to say:

On February 25, 2017, Genesis was admitted to the Children’s Hospital in Peoria. We were given devastating news that our 3-year-old daughter was diagnosed with Leukemia, Type B ALL. This is a rare, life-threatening, high risk form of pediatric cancer that requires aggressive chemotherapy, surgery and periodic hospitalizations.

As parents of Genesis, we've been beside her since the first day - praying, staying strong, and fighting this cancer with her. We have faith that Genesis will have a full recovery, so we can return home to the Quad Cities with our other two children.

We ask for your help with prayers more than anything, but we are also asking for your help to pay for her medical expenses and travels we will be likely doing for the next two and half years. With your help, Genesis can conquer and become a survivor of this rare cancer.
