Generation Dance Studio has been a staple in the Fort McMurray community as well as the dance community for over 20years. It has now been completely devastated by the Fort McMurray flood in April 2020. We were able to go in to see the damages and not an inch was spared. We need tremendous help to get all those feet dancing within our walls once again. GDS has not only been a place of learning, growth, teamwork, and love, but also a home that has fostered leadership, resiliency, and self-confidence for thousands of local youth over the past 2 decades. Generation Dance Studio and it’s Artistic Director Kim Hurley have given so much to our community and now we are asking to help give back, to help rebuild, during this time of immense need.
