This is my Uncle Gene. He has a rare form of cancer that my grandmother (his mom) also had. Myelofibrosis is rare, chronic and causes scar tissue to form in the bone marrow, impairing it from producing normal blood cells. 
He is receiving a stem cell transplant from his brother next year.  But in the meantime he needs help. 
Family is important to me and this is a painful cancer that we watched my grandmother suffer through. I hope to help ease as much of the practical stress as I can for my uncle with this campaign.  I want him to focus on healing.
