Gene Brewer Memorial Expenses
Donation protected
With sadness and a heavy heart, I reach out to ask for financial assistance on behalf of my late Uncle Gene Brewer and his family. Fletcher Eugene Brewer, aka Mad Dog, aka, Chainsaw, aka Gene developed pneumonia and subsequently passed away on June 15, 2018.

If you knew Gene, or ever met him, you'd remember it! He's recently been described by friends and family as Bigger than life, legendary, loyal, and even a savior. He was a firm believer in protecting his circle of friends and family. If you were in need, he would spring into action to help get you whatever you needed... just don't ask too many questions. ;o) He lived hard, loved hard, fought hard, and won. He won our hearts. He won our friendship. He won our loyalty. He won our love.

And now, dear friends and family, the time has come for those of us who knew and loved him to band together and help raise the money to pay for all the final expenses that will begin to roll in. He may have been legendary and loyal, but he never was able to master his finances. If you can possibly afford it, we would really appreciate any donation to this fund so that we can pay for the cremation and memorial service. I don't know what the final expenses will be, but we are asking for assistance with at least up to $2500. I'm certain there will be more expense than this initial number, so any little bit will help.
We will continue to update this page with information concerning his memorial or any unexpected future expenses. We appreciate your comforting thoughts and words during this difficult time.
Fletcher Eugene Brewer AKA Gene AKA Mad Dog AKA Chainsaw AKA
Uncle Gene...
By whichever name you knew him best
you knew you could count on him, no matter the test.
To me he was my Uncle Gene
he teased, and poked, and could sometimes be mean!
But when he would come barreling in
he'd scoop me up and give me a spin.
Above his head, he'd twirl me 'round,
then laughingly set me back on the ground.
Whenever we had a reason to fear
The fear disappeared when Uncle Gene was near.
I could go on with stories full of laughter and tears
But the stories are vast and not fit for young ears
And since he was never real good at goodbyes
I'll just say this and wipe my sniveling eyes
A faithful, loyal, protector, true
Uncle Gene, I'm sure gonna really miss you.
Your loving niece,
Diana
