We’re reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for your support during an incredibly difficult time for our family. Our beloved Gene has reached the end of his battle with Multiple Sclerosis (MS)—a battle he has fought with incredible strength, grace, and courage.

Gene is one of the kindest souls you could ever meet. He’s a man who’s been through more than his fair share in life, but always held his head high and kept a positive spirit. Before MS took its toll, he was a phenomenal basketball player—quick on his feet, full of energy, and always ready with a smile. The sudden onset of his symptoms changed everything, and over the years, we’ve watched as this cruel disease slowly took away his physical abilities.

But what MS couldn’t take was his heart, his humor, or his unwavering will to fight. Even through the pain and the struggles, Gene remained lively, positive, and full of light. That’s just who he is.

Now, his body is tired. His time here with us has come to an end. As heartbreaking as it is, Gene found peace and acceptance in this moment. And now, our family is doing our best to do the same.

We are asking for your help to ease the financial burden of making the necessary end-of-life arrangements for Gene. Every donation—no matter how small—will go toward ensuring he can leave this world with dignity and the love he so deeply deserves.
