Gender affirming surgeries for me and my partner

Hello, my name is Jay and I am currently dating the love of my life. We are both black and disabled. I am from a low-income family and my partner also struggles for money. Both of our families are not accepting of us being trans and waiting lists in the UK for gender-affirming surgeries are long at best and unreliable and traitorous at worst. Even if you can only donate a little bit, we'll be more than grateful.
