Hi everyone,

I’ve been transitioning for nearly six years — years of growth, struggle, and moments of real joy. Life today feels far more mine, and my body finally feels like home.

As I’ve reached a place of greater physical comfort and peace, I’m now facing the deeper emotional layers of how I’ll live the rest of my life. The next step in that journey is Facial Feminisation Surgery (FFS). This isn’t about beauty or ideals, but about softening features that still cause pain, allowing my face to reflect the peace I’ve worked so hard to find — and, as a funny coincidence, some of the work may also allow me to finally address a long-standing deviated septum, which could improve my breathing.

I’m still researching clinics, but costs are likely to be significant. I’ll be discussing funding with my family, but I wanted to share this with the people I’ve been lucky to meet along my journey.
