Hello everyone, thank you for taking the time to view this page. We’ve run out of other options and are humbly turning to the community for assistance in our continued survival.

 

Adina is a 44-year-old mom and former chef. She has fed the community for years and is now prioritizing working from home after numerous kitchen injuries, accidents and emotional stress from working in unsafe conditions.

 

Q is a SE Asian immigrant, writer/artist and first-gen student. They’ve also left the service industry and are returning to college to finish their bachelor’s degrees.

 

We are Trans, disabled, and chronically ill artists looking for support with our medical bills and related expenses. We’ve been struggling continuously with physical and mental health issues exacerbated by COVID and lack of resources. Because of COVID and other uncontrollable factors, our ability to secure work has been severely impacted. We are currently still struggling to find safe, accessible and accommodating work.

 

Your donations will go towards money for medical bills:

- gender-affirming surgery for Adina (including laser hair removal, the potential need for out of network expenses)

- top surgery for Q (alternative procedures not covered)

- support during recovery

- urgent dental work for both

- HRT, medication for chronic pain & psych conditions

- adult ADHD classes and ED recovery classes

- therapy

- rides to and from medical appointments, appt copays
