Gemma - Raise Money for Disabled Adaptations

Donation protected
On Friday 7th March Gemma suddenly lost the use of her legs completely due to a sudden spinal cord failure. For several years she has been battling Rheumatoid and Psoriatic arthritis with her mobility gradually reducing, but this happened completely unexpectedly and has hugely affected our lives.

Gemma is now mostly paralysed from the waist down and does not know if she will ever be able to walk again. She is regaining some use of her left leg but her right leg isn’t showing many signs of improvement.

Gemma now completely relies on her wheelchair to go anywhere, and has lost a large part of her independence as currently she is unable to drive until her car is converted to hand controls.

You can show your support by contributing or sharing this post. Any money raised on this page will be used to help Gemma get her independence back, return to being able to drive and help with her rehabilitation.

Thank you for your support.
