Help Gemma donate sheets for Kids in the Hospital

Hello, my name is Gemma, and for my Bat Mitzvah project, I am raising money to help buy Playtime Edventures bedsheets for very sick children.

The Hadassah University Hospital in Jerusalem, Israel asked for a donation of 50 sets of bedsheets for the children in their Bone Marrow Transplant Unit. The Child Life Specialist at the hospital told us that “the children there typically are hospitalized for six months or so. Some of the children experience isolation for weeks at a time, which means they are not allowed to leave their rooms even if they were to stay in the unit itself.”

I’m hoping to raise the $2,500 it will cost to pay for the bedsheets and shipping to Israel. I think it is really important to help other kids when you can.

Here is a picture of how the sheets look on a hospital bed. It helps kids who have to be in a hospital because there are games and fun things they can do with the sheets.
