Sadly on Monday 30th June 2025, Gemma passed away peacefully. On behalf of her sister Sarah and the rest of the family, I am setting up this gofundme to help with the costs as it was so sudden there was no time to prepare for this .

Gem, I have no words.. I'm absolutely heartbroken but I know you just couldn't stay with out Leo, he needed you more. Go and find your little boy and play together for eternity.. I'm sure he was waiting at those pearly gates for you.. no one can ever separate you again.

I will always treasure our times together and the memories we made. I will look for you in everything I do.

You wasn't alone gem, I held your hand right until the very end

I hope you have found that peace now that I know you were so desperate for. I'm sorry this life was so cruel to you.
